Excellent service. Dennis notified me ahead if his arrival. He serviced our gas fireplace. Answered all questions that I had. We will schedule any future fireplace needs with Aspinwall Baystate. We will contact them for our furnace and plumbing requirements as well.
We had a gas inset fireplace installed into an existing wood burning fireplace. Dennis B and Danny S were extremely thorough, professional, efficient and patient. They worked well with my contractor answering all his questions and they were extremely thorough with educating us about the use of the fireplace. They take pride in their work and it shows. I would highly recommend them.
Explained the work (installation of mini split system), answered questions, and double checked that everything was working as expected.
Dennis was a pleasure working with on our gas fireplace and thermostat. He was professional, put up with our watching over his shoulder, and took the time to explain the inner workings to us newbies. We will definitely be repeat customers and highly recommend their services!
