Dan Sullivan, his assistant and John Walsh did an awesome job on my installation. Totally professional all the way. They left the work area spotlessly clean and made sure I had a complete understanding as to how the fireplace insert worked. Great job! I highly recommend these guys.
I had Michael out to my home to have my Gas insert replaced. After more than a week and 4 phone calls with messages left on voicemail and with office staff. I still have not received a return call or email with a quote. Very unprofessional, would not recommend this company
What a great place to have do your work! Everything about the experience was perfect. The technicians were ALWAYS on time. They were polite and took care of the property, always keeping it immaculate. After the installation I had questions that were always answered respectfully. The follow up by Dan was so helpful! I highly recommend The Fireplace Store!
These guys are the absolute BEST! The service is what impressed us the most. They actually do what they say they are going to do! Go figure! They also know their stuff, which helps! Our situation was a little tricky and they knew just what to do. My fireplace is AWESOME! Thanks Guys!
