Chennette Plumbing was recommended to me by a local plumbing supply store as being expert in complicated heating systems (in my case, a steam boiler also running a hot water system and indirect water heater). Therese running the office was responsive, and was able to send someone the same day. They know their stuff and fixed a system that had confused another plumber. They worked quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Chennette Plumbing is a company I would gladly work with again.
I, like most people, only call a plumber when I absolutely must and for all the obvious reasons. So, yesterday was one of those times. But the plumbing contractor I've been using for the past 20 years said they had no time for my leaking sanitary pipe. They also wouldn't recommend another contractor for their longtime customer, in good standing.nnFortunate for me, I called Chenette Plumbing & Heating. They were outstanding, in my opinion. They called and asked if they could come earlier than expected. Steve, the plumbing mechanic was a true professional. First of all, they showed up earlier than expected. Which i like. I needed a new water heater installed. The plumber disconnected the old one within minutes. He installed the new one and came across some problemsnWith the water valves leaking. He fixed the valves and finished the job without any issues. He was professional, courteous and his attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you again. Great job.
This business will only do business with you once you've set up an account. Called in need of furnace repair and basically was told we'd be cold until the workweek - guess I'll keep looking!
These folks have been very helpful for the rental properties I manage. They will contact tenants directly to arrange service times and always do the job right. Bills are reasonable for the high quality service they provide. Great plumbers and great admin staff make my job a lot easier.
