Randy, was scheduled to meet me at 9 AM, 9:15AM, no-show, no call. I called his office and no one picked up so I waited a few more minutes and gave his office another call, he did not pick up.nnThem I had my assistant call him from my office line, he picks up immediately gave her some cockamamie story about his crew is running behind, etc. what is annoying is that I left him several messages with my contact number to give me a call if there were any delays or anything. I then called him immediately, he picked up the phone, I said hey Randy and he hung up on me!nnWorst experience ever!nnI understand things get delayed but that's not how you handle things, worst experience ever. I called another drain company with great reviews and they took care of it immediately...nnDoesn't even deserve one star, only way I could post..
The owner Granville Prentiss (aka Randy) is the worst sewer guy you can hire. They have no idea what they doing besides collecting money and ran away. Few days later, surprise, sewer backup again. Called them, they said they will refund the money if I hire another company to do the job since they are not available but it turn out to be another lie. These people advertise themselves using different numbers and charging you a lower fee trying to get your business. PLEASE BEWARE THEY ADVERTISE USING DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS AND ADDRESSES.
