They were professional and did a diagnostic test and explained what the issue was. Turns out it was thermostat we had was on its way out. They explained in detail what the issue was and what was suggested to be done. Also they provided the cost prior to the work being done. Thermostat was replaced by them. We are pleased.

I had a great experience with getting in touch with Anthony at Higher Standard Service for repairing my central air unit. I had received a referral from another friend for them and Anthony came same day to diagnose and fix the issue with an hour and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and will definitely keep them in my contacts if I need future repairs.

Thank you Higher Standard Service for promptly answering my call. Anthony and Paul showed up on time, called me and came to the door wearing their masks. They identified themselves and were very professional and informative. They worked hard and located the problem that cellulose from the insulation was throughout the system which managed to clog its functions. They are the answer to my problem I'm so thankful for them.

Anthony came to look at my heater which hadn’t worked properly since I moved in to my rental unit. Although someone had clearly done some weird wiring shortcuts in the past he was able to figure out the problem and then he took the time to fix the problem and clean up some of the shoddy prior work so if I have issues in the future the workings will be more self evident. I am so grateful for his help and impressed with his work ethic and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of some good quality heating and electrical work.
