NeighborCARE Pharmacy LLC

I needed a prescription and being Memorial Day my usual pharmacy was closed. I went to the 24 hour Walgreens Pharmacy where they kept playing games and making up issues. My husband drove around and found this small place and wasn't too sure about it but figured he'd stop and give them a try. Literally, just a couple minutes and they had my prescription filled without any issues. They were VERY quick and VERY friendly. As annoying as our problems with the Walgreens were, I'm kind of happy they happened because we would have never discovered this place. On top of the quick and friendly service, the pharmacist made sure to check for any allergies, pregnancy, etc before handing over the medication then also made sure to tell my husband to make sure I eat along with the medication as well as attach an informational sheet with it. While the doctor gave me brief info on the meds, I was pleasantly surprised to have a pharmacist actually care enough to make sure I knew the proper way to take it and made sure I understood everything before leaving. BEST experience I've had with a pharmacy besides one other smaller pharmacy. Stay away from the big name brand places who don't care about the customer anymore. Small pharmacies, such as NeighborCARE Pharmacy, are the places you want to go where they ensure to take care of the customers. My husband has been in before and had nothing but positive things to say about them. Well, since CVS no longer accepts our insurance I decided to just move. They're a bit further from me, but the service is a LOT better than CVS ever was. The pharmacy lady was VERY friendly. They called when the prescription was ready for pick up and it was actually ready without having to wait to get it. I had an additional prescription to fill, which they were able to do right away! She made sure to explain each prescription, without me asking, before handing it to me. THIS is a true pharmacist who cares about her customers that come through her door! Not to mention it was a CLEAN environment. VERY happy with their service and happy I had to make the switch. Much rather support a small pharmacy than the big box ones that don't care about you anyway.

This was my first visit to this pharmacy, and it was fantastic! I needed to fill a prescription that I usually get filled about an hour away, but I just moved here and had an extremely difficult time finding a pharmacy that took my insurance and could fill my prescription on the spot. After trying 4 other pharmacies on the West Bank, I was finally recommended to try NeighborCARE. I called, and she asked me to come in and said she would see what she could do for me. The pharmacist is the nicest person to her customers, once she learned my name she always addressed me by it. She was very informative and helpful about my prescription and insurance, she even filled the prescription in front of me so I knew the count was correct. The inside was wide open, well lit, and had great music. I will absolutely be coming back, as this is my favorite local pharmacy I’ve been to in quite a long time.

Best friendly staff and service! I recommend this pharmacy to everyone! The last pharmacy I was with closed down and they made transferring with them a smooth and easy process. I love the convenience of the hours of operation and how close they are to where I live.

Super nice people! They’ll make sure you’re in and out of there as quick as possible and will probably remember your name the next time you come in. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The pharmacist is very friendly. She knows you by name. She explains how the prescription should be taken. She is very professional. I will continue to use neighborhood pharmacy. I am so glad I found neighborhood pharmacy.
