Paid $42.00 for 4 hours of parking. Had a human error via app information. It was stated to the license plate number was incorrect. After debating with the worker on site. Still had to pay $50 to remove a boot. Supervisor was not helpful along with customer services. I would not recommend parking in one of there lots.
I’ve been paying monthly for the last couple months. My current subscription is valid up until March 2, 2018. However, yesterday (feb. 19, 2018) I found 2 boots on my car. I called Premium Parking to find out why I got booted. They told me that my license plate was never “activated”, and that I’d have to go into the app the activate my plate. So I went into my app and saw that my plate was indeed entered in as the default plate associated with this particular subscription. Everything on my end was entered in exactly as it was supposed to. Even Admiral Enforcement (the one who put boots on vehicles) saw that I was paid up till the 2nd of next month, and took the boots off my car. In spite of this, the girl at Premium Parking STILL wanted a 20.00 fee for taking the boots off. I didn’t pay it! The guy with Admiral Enforcement took the boots off and kindly offered an apology (I give 5 stars to the guy that took the boots off; he was a true gentleman)! However, the money sucking parasite with Premium Parking (lot number 250) gets 1 star!nMy message to Premium Parking: Either fix the app so that the info entered into the app aligns with the info in your main system, or fix your employees to align with reality!
