DO NOT PARK IN HERE!! If there’s a 0 star I’ll give this parking garage a 0. Very unsafe there’s no security cameras, my car window was shattered by a thief and they didn’t do anything about it and if you missed your payment for just 30mins they gonna booted your car but doesn’t give a thing when somebody trying to break in to your car. The elevator has been broken for 3 weeks now and you can’t park in the lower floor so you will have to climb flights of stairs to get into your designated parking area. WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER!
PLEASE do not park here! The entry way in and out is UNSAFE, you have to walk on the car ramp to exit and enter. Security is at the front door on 1010 Common Street, but will not let you in or out. I called the packing facility and this has been an ongoing issue in which they don't disclose so you can park else where. My main concern is the safety issue a pedestrian can easily be hit by a car when walking on the ramp. Secondly if you practice good customer service tell your customers upfront. There are a few places nearby that have better parking situations, so look into them.
Broken elevator for one week, no attendance on duty, dirty and not many unreserved space until 5th floor. They basically don't care at all.
Do not pay to park here. Take this warning now and save yourself some trouble. My window glass was shattered by a thief they did nothing, no security or cameras, the elevator goes out constantly. It’s currently been out for 2 weeks straight and I pay monthly so I have to park at the top. whatever you do spend the extra $ and go elsewhere.
I am stuck in this parking garage right now with no way to get out. I paid in as advance so I do not want to pay again to get out. There is no attendant- that is false advertising. I called the help button multiple times but it either forwards me to an answering machine that needs a code to leave a message or to a person who answers, says something inaudible, and hangs up. I called corporate offices and they are closed. This parking garage would be fine if you didnt reserve ahead of time. But there is a much nicer better lit garage right next door for the same price. Go there instead.
