Note (10/02/20): The marker on the map is now at the correct location. I had Google Maps to move it.nnIt’s a very nice dog park. It has two sections; one small pen and one very large pen. This dog park has all the amenities that you would need; water fountain, benches, shade from a few oak trees, grass and gravel, plenty of space. I will be back.
The park was not crazy packed and the people-dogs who came were all very nice and kept an eye out for their dogs. It was a great day
It's fairly empty during the day. The area has 2 doggy bag dispensers, and a bowl the fits in the fountain for water if your pup doesn't like drinking from those low doggy fountains.nnIt's well maintained, please pick up after your doggo!
Nice park but really hard to find.
Not super big but it is fenced in and has some grassy areas, doggy bags, and benches. Relatively uncrowded when I went. Google maps took me to the wrong place, may have to walk over the train tracks if you come from metairie road
