We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen faucet and spent 5 days calling various plumbers. Scott responded the same day and showed up the next morning. He fixed the leak in 1 minute and didn’t even charge us for his time. He was super knowledgeable and gave us plumbing tips. What a nice guy!! We will definitely call him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Mr Moore Is rude, crude and unprofessional. He Refuses to communicate with anyone. He has stated he does not make phone calls and does not wait 1 minute for any customer or potential customer. He is a disgrace to his profession, not surprised to see all these negative comments, probably should’ve looked before we called him
Came right away and installed a new water tank for me. Called me right away and price is very reasonable. Great work and would definitely use Scott Moore Plumbing again.
Mr Moore has an attitude problem. He is good at what he does and has decent prices but he also has a difficult personalty. I refuse to deal with a professional who acts unprofessionally.
My hot water heater went in the middle of the night. I realized it at 6 AM. Scott (Moore) was at my house by 9, and was so fast and professional. I will recommend him over and over again!
