My daughter and I were searching for a book and we couldn't find it. We were right by it of course.but you know how that works. We asked an employee and she helped us right away and had a great attitude. I wish I had gotten her name but I'm bad at that. Anyway, great selection great staff and I've always loved the feel of Barnes and Noble when I walk in.

I must have asked the worker there to look up 5 different authors inside 20 minutes and he did cheerfully and quickly. I love the staff here and it's always clean and quiet. The cafe is social distanced and they clean the tables every time someone uses them. Not to mention it's an awesome book store that always has the books I'm looking for.
Great place to find what your looking for and the service is very friendly employees
This is a very nice store, but they need to do a better job regarding their employees. I came in to buy a new Nook. The fellow "helping" me didn't seem to know much about them. He gave me the wrong info on memory; he told me it had more than it really did. I don't usually judge a person by their appearance but it looked like he had dirt under his fingernails. That's okay for an employee at the plant nursery but not at a bookstore.
It is a good hang out place when your bored. Has a great selection. Also has a Starbucks inside
