Crystal in the front office has been the rudest person i have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Dr Rynning is great.nnSuch a shame he such a nasty, mean person running the telephone. She is a cancer, a truly vile person. When I first saw Dr Rynning in crisis years ago, I first met Crystal who was angry and lacked (and still lacks) any sort of empathy.nnToday, she hung up on me as I tried to explain to her that a refill was needed for medication that causes seizures and death when not taken.nnI submitted the refill three days ago. She is a liability to your office Dr. Rynning and you really should find someone better suited to helping people. She lacks kindness or even basic communication skills. This office is rude! Feel the doctor showed no sympathy for my feelings during session so I cancelled the next appointment because I was not happy and found someone way better. Only to find a bill saying I missed appointment. I called and if no one put it in system then it's your fault not mine! Woman was very rude and ugly. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I will report this office over and over bc it's not right to be treated with disrespect and very unprofessional!!!!!

People... It's wrong to give 1 star because of Rynning's office staff. A doctor's overall review score can determine if I choose to pass or consider learning more. By all means, mention problems you feel need addressed concerning staff, but don't degrade Rynnings's overall score because of THEM. In doing so, you may divert a person who needs a good psychiatrist like Rynning.

Dr. Rynning is fantastic, office staff is super friendly. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience after reading all of the bad reviews. Shocked, even.nnI rarely go to see doctors for anything but after years of moodswings affecting the people I love - I decided to suck up my pride, fear of being weak, whatever was stopping me. After only 1 month on the prescription, me and my loved ones are grateful. Dr Rynning has helped me tremendously.
