I saw Dr. Terry Colby and his assistant (Zoila) at this facility for a chipped toothnthat occurred this past week and was absolutely terrified of going in because of a bad experience that happened years ago with a totally different facility and dentist. They were able to get me in pretty fast. The minute I walked in, I was very impressed with the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. They were very efficient on getting me to the back and the Dr and his assistant put me at ease at once and explained everything that would be taking place. They were very gentle and calming. The place was so big and clean. They did an excellent job! I definitely would refer everyone to come here. I am no longer nervous with going in to see the dentist now.
I have been going to Metairie Dental for a few years now. I had 2 different emergencies and they were able to accommodate me in a short amount of time. It's the best place and the dentist makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable Everyone there is extremely nice and they all make you feel so comfortable. I would not go anywhere else
This place is wonderful and very professional. I called them after one of my deep cleanings on my right side i had gotten done at another facility just 30 minutes ago, because I had a horrible experience and they hurt me. I called a little upset and I got Michelle, and she heard it in my voice and and was concerned. I asked her if another dentist office cleaned one side can they finish the other side.. She asked me if i could come in immediately for an exam, and that they could do the other side. When I got there she just took me straight to her office and made me feel at home. She was an office manager there for the last 5 years. She immediately went and told her colleague that I was coming in and if she could look at me.. The dentist was absolutely gentle and concerned. In the end I will only go here for all my dental needs. Thank you Michelle for being amazing, and to your staff I thank them directly for treating me with respect, and comforting me.
Professional, courteous and knowledgeable practice. Doctor and office manager, explained thoroughly, making sure I understood options, my bone health and pricing. My stress left when office manager provided me with the treatment plan..she saved me thousands!
The staff makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible. They are open in communication and try to keep you in the loop as much as possible. This makes any discomfort much easier to deal with! Great experience!
