Whoever I spoke to over the phone was really nice, but when i went in & spoke to Christina T. NGO, she was really rude, rushed me & didn’t take the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my paperwork. After all that I still kindly gave her a departing greeting which she completely ignored. Do better!!!
Values money from its photo 'safety' program more than childrens lives..look around town, 1/4(25%) school zone warning signs have lights that actually work and notify motorists of active school zones; the other 3/4(75%) of them either have lights that dont work, dont even have lights, or dont have a sign at all in some instances..and yet their very expensive speed traps are all very maintained and functional, waiting for drivers to be scammed by the city.n..eventally a pedestrian/child will be serverly maimed or even killed by an unaware person and the blame will be solely on New Orleans for negligence and greed over the 'safety' of its residence.
Been trying to call them for a week the numbers on the paperwork or website does not work this is total bs.
Lady on the phone wasnt not helpful at all and was very rude .. I missed court and asked what to do if i could just show up? so i aske3s her what time id traffic court? she said what did it say for you to come? I explained i was not sure and said maybe it say 9am does thats sound about right? And she the say yes if bye and hung up on me! RUDE!!!
Thank you, municipal court security guard, for being so loud and rude about my having a battery charger in my bag. Couldn't find it immediately, and then you pointedly accused me of having a bad attitude to your buddy loitering with you when I tried to apologize about the 30 second delay in your line.
