Daryl was professional and upfront about my truck and worked with me to get the deal done. I am overall very happy about my purchase. I don't know if I will use the service department, as I live 70 miles away, which was worth the effort. The finance officer was communicated professionally with my credit union and looked out for me on some charges that would not benefit me and explained why. Daryl Eckert is a good sales person and nice guy. Thanks!!!

This was my first visit to Mossy Motors for two recalls and an oil change and couldn’t have been more pleased. From the first call for service, to the drop off and pick up I got the best treatment. When I decide to purchase my next vehicle, I will return and give Mossy Motors an opportunity. Thanks for a job well done.

Our experience with the Sales and Finance Department at Mossy was very pleasant. The Service Department team is always kind and very accommodating. I like that I do not have to wait an extended amount of time for an appointment.. very often one is given the very next day. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Mossy dealership!

Made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Received an email confirmation same day and a reminder email the day before the appointment. Showed up 12 minutes early and was told that there were no technician available to perform the service. Told the rep that I had an appointment. The rep then asked me if I made the appointment online. I was then told that the online appointment doesn’t register with their system and they can reschedule me. What’s the point of offering the option to reserve an appointment via online if it doesn’t route to their system? Needless to say that I wasted my time going to Mossy Buick GMC. I opted to leave and take my business elsewhere.

Montrell was great to work with. Very professional and courteous. It was clear that he treats every customer that way. In this day and age, people like him are in short supply. Very pleased with our experience.
