The pharmacy was so busy, I was told it was a 4 hour wait to fill a prescription. When I returned 5 hours later, it was still not ready. One of the techs was very nice and helpful, and explained that they happened to be short handed on this particular day. He put a rush on my script, and made sure to call me out as soon as it was done. Good customer service, but I will probably have my scripts filled at a location that's not so busy.
