The neighborhood looks like a crack zone. Apparently nobody cares. JUNK all over front yards. Filthy dilapidated houses. Trash cans left out for days at a time. Loud bass coming from stereos all of the time. I see Code Enforement and Quality of Life (hahahahaha) vehicles on the street regularly. They must be driving through while smoking a joint and laughing.nnWORD from WEIGAND DR.

You're dealing with the government. Nothing is going to get done in a timely manner. Don't be surprise when they act like you are inconveniencing them. They have no motive to work hard. All of the money has been stolen by government officials higher up...no surprise.
