Jefferson Parish Sewerage Department

I would like to think the Sewerage Dept. Of Jefferson Parish for solving my overflowing tiolets issue. Shout out from the first person I spoke with on the telephone. Yes the telephone did just ring at first, but within a minute of me hanging up she dialed me right back and took my information. Within twonhours the department's sewerage truck and two workers were out cleaning the sewerage. Big welcome to Mr. Daniel Johnson and Mr. Reginald King for getting the job done. You two are amazing at what you all do. I highly recommend these two men they GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!! I forgot to mention it was doing off hours. Thanks again so much!!!

Maintenance for a grocery store, called numerous times and no answer or get transferred to no answer. Sewage backing up in the store and can’t get the parish to take responsibility for their problem and fix it. Going on 24 hours now.

Prompt, friendly, and efficient. I needed a manual flush on my sewer line. They came out quickly that day. The operator on the phone was pleasant and quick. I think the time from dialing the number to the end of the call was no more than one minute.

Just wanted to say that our experience with getting our water turned on after moving here from Seattle was quick, professional, courteous, and easy. Rachel - the representative who helped us - was humorous, informative, and a delightful representative to deal with. Couldn't have asked for or received better service.

Work truck stopped on W. Esplanade with no cones. Almost caused 3 accident collision. There was a side street 10 feet away the truck could have pulled into. 3 workers on 1 rake by a drain but noone had the sense to put out the cones. What a waste!
