I had requested the water meter moved and to elevated it , they promised to get done about 2 years or longer I still waiting, I don't know how they read it if they do it because it is hard to see the meter it is cover with dirt.nafter speaking and see who run the dept this service is expected, I hope they Parish do better and improve personnel and service they are good on increasing fee.nSincerely.nNorma

If I could I would have gave negative 100. I just moved to this state and area they are giving me the run around. Telling me to fax items then when I provide them it’s some else. Water has been off 4 days. Someone that lived at address owed so they are Penalizing me making me go through all these extra hoops to get water on very rude customer service. every time I call it’s a 15 minute call on hold with yet new person saying I need something else. now they need owner of complex to call Them and then what will it be !!! Very frustrating I work 6 days a week I need shower do to covid no where to take showers. And not from area so no family this company is very unorganized as well as rude as .... well I hope no one else has this happen to them. may the most high bless you if so

I had an issue logging into the Water Department site, so I called on an overdue bill to make a payment and arrangements to pay the remainder in 2 increments before the December Bill is posted. The representative that I spoke with was EXCELLENT!! She helped me to. set the dates for my 2 increments and processed my payment and helped me so that I could get back into the online site! She made my day!!

Literally just moved to LA. Called to get water service turned on in new home, been here all of ONE DAY, was forced to pay past due water usage charges back dating all the way to March before they would even consider setting up a new customer account for me. Told me to take it up with the landlord. Basically had to pay previous tenants past due bill. How is that fair??? I paid for water usage for past 5 months even though I have only been here for one day plus their security deposit. That was 8 hours ago. Still no water. Great.

They refuse to work with you. I wish I could post my water bill of $436.89. I asked if they can assure me my water won’t be cutoff until I can pay it and they refuse. They are extremely rude and won’t help.
