Does quality work and pays close attention to detail. Being fast isn't a good thing in jewelry. I like someone to take there time on custom jewelry and Gary meets all the standards and requirements. My go to guy for personal customize jewelry with a great prices for custom made work.

Gave him her engagement ring to make a wedding ring with months of time. Got the engagement ring back after a few weeks. Kept reminding him of the deadline and he promised it would be done. He didn't get it finished until the day before the wedding. If you aren't buying something in the case, go somewhere else if you want to get it in any reasonable timeframe.

Brought In a necklace to be fixed, the clasp broke. It's taken 3 weeks to fix. Went today to pick it up & sign says they are closed for 4 days....really ?!?! The repaired necklace was for a gift this weekend....well was.

May be a little on the slow side but does absolutely amazing work a true jeweler

If you're looking for a professional atmosphere, good service, and customer care, this is not the place to go. It's unorganized, shady, and insulting.
