This is certainly a lovely little micro-village. El Cabo Verde is an amazing restaurant and I think I would eat there every single day if I could. There is also a Frank's there which I'm not a huge fan of but I know is super popular with most people. The houses are beautiful and there is a nice man-made lake. They do farmers markets and concert series and more and more businesses are moving in. It's a pricey place to live but I think you do get a lot of bang for your buck plus you are outside of the high crime in Shreveport.
Adult grilled cheese and tomato basil soup is the BEST. You must dip the sandwich to really experience it.
The food was good but very over-priced for what you get.
Middle of nowhere. This poorly located restaurant tries to be upscale. While the setting is nice enough, it is still basic. The prices are way too high for such mundane and at times disgusting food.
Lsus medical clinic is fast & easy to get into see a doctor when your sick...I know they take blue Cross Blue Shield insurance
