I ordered an arrangement of Gerber Daisies for my mom for Mother's Day year before last. I ordered about mid week and asked for them to be delivered on Friday before Mother's Day. I asked for pink Gerbers. I called her on Friday evening and she had not gotten the arrangement. I called her on Saturday evening and she still did not have them. I called the florist and the owner was so very rude! Told me she was very busy and would get them delivered as soon as possible. It was late Sunday afternoon before they were delivered and it was the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. It was a big bush-looking bunch of greenery and 4 or 5 Gerbers. I called her to ask her what happened. She said she was very busy and that was the best she could do. I paid $50. + tax + a $10. delivery fee and she was on her way to deliver a truck load of flowers. Never again!!! The clincher for me here was her rudeness!

My mom passed away on 7/2 and I was so caught up in the details I forgot about 7/4 being a holiday. I forgot to order flowers for my mom’s casket. I spoke to the owner on 7/4 and she took such great care of my family!!! The arrangements were gorgeous and I was so thrilled. Thank you for going above and beyond on a holiday to help my family honor my mom. She loved fresh flowers and the arrangements were beyond beautiful! Thank you again.

Order a set of flowers and received a confirmation email saying they would be delivered on the date. They were not. Upon calling the shop said they never got the order and did not check their website despite sending confirmation the order was received. Customer service and accountability is unbecoming of a business in my opinion and experience. I will no longer depend on this florist shop, as I trusted them with delivering flowers to uphold a tradition.nnThe owner or manager the contacted me five days after the incident. After telling her I had no interest in discussing the matter further, she continued to contact me at hours such as 9:30 PM despite multiple attempts from myself telling her I had no such interest.nnIf this is a business practice you support or find fine, then this florist is perfect for you. As for myself, I will find a florist who will practice respect for the customer and handle matters appropriately. Just as I was disappointed in the arrangement not being delivered, I am appalled that such customer service still exist in this day and age.

This flower shop is the best in Springhill, Louisiana. I have been using this shop for 20 years. They make the most beautiful flowers for all occasions. I have always been happy with their work. I will continue to use this floral shop for all my needs. Most people in Springhill know that this shop is the best in town.
