Alleged waiting list, prices advertised on sign are different than what you're told
We've been there since September and the people in the office have always been very nice and accommodating. They can only do so much, people often forget this is not an apartment complex and there are very specific rules to abide by. The people that stay can be a bit disrespectful in terms of neighbors. All in all its good for the price, and great if you keep to yourself.
