This is the worst florist I have ever been to. I ordered 1 balloon and 1 white rose and was charged $13.50 . When I asked for the price of everything I was told $7.50 but somehow the price jumped 6 dollars completely. When I asked why the extra $6 was charged to my purchase I was told that my tiny balloon cost $6 the same balloon that costs $1 my last visit . I was clearly over charged illegally ! me and my family will never shop there again !

I asked for an arrangement to be made that would be given the next day, so requested that each of the flowers in the small arrangement be put in water vials so they would last. This didn’t seem like an excessive request as there were only five flowers and a few sprays. One of the roses was wilted within two hours of bringing them home and two more were not doing much better. I pulled the paper off that they were wrapped in and only one stem was in a water vial and a wad of paper towels had been wetted and wrapped around them so the decorative paper on the outside was ruined. I would have been embarrassed to give this as a gift with paper towels. Very tacky! Now I have to stop somewhere first thing in the morning to purchase another bouquet and I have wasted $35 on one that lasted two hours. Never again!
