The employees here are awesome. The rooms are great. My daughter's had a blast here. Very great cleaning, there breakfast is good. I have been here a whole week and have already got close to the people who work here. They are very friendly. Front desk workers are also sweet. They make you feel so welcome here.
Was the best service I've had ever. TAMMY the manager was an absolute gem, she was very kind, caring, and personable. You can't find this service anywhere else these days. TRULY the best service I've had staying at a Hotel. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND VERY AFFORDABLE
DO NOT STAY HERE. I stopped here on my way from Florida to Michigan and was poorly disappointed. The first room had weird stains on the carpet and had smelled of cigarettes so I asked for a refund and all I got was attitude and a different room. This new room the door handle was broken, the toilet hisses when you flush, everything looks old and dirty, there’s more weird stains on the carpet, and to top it off there’s some weird stain on the bed that looks like someone died and decomposed there. I’d rather sleep in my car at a truck stop but unfortunately they wouldn’t give me a refund. Skip this place and go to the Hampton across the street. It’s worth the extra money!
Nice room but not a fan of them holding $50 until the cleaning service comes in a verifies that everything was left in order. You can not be there for the inspection so you have to trust that every one will be honest. In the world we live in today, honesty is not found much anymore so it was nerve racking to have to walk away and simply trust. Not to mention the fact that it could take up to 10 days to get your own money back.
The rooms seemed to be poorly managed, regardless of what the management is to say. My initial room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the carpet was stained, the second room had a weird substance on the wall, and stains on the bed skirt. Thankful for the room switch, but I would have preferred a refund which they would not give me.
