The room and beds were not bad! Slept well. However the bath tub had no stopper, and the shower pressure/water stream was AWFUL and the water never really got hot. Front desk was friendly, and breakfast had a good selection.
Check-in person was friendly and had the best customer service. My room was unique and clean. Priced reasonable. Perfect location in walking distance to a mini mall with tons of options. I would stay here again.
Very clean and nice the bedroom. Was there for a week. The only thing they don't do your beds or vacuum the hall way carpet. Very friendly the receptionist.
This hotel wouldn't be bad if not for the terrible internet speeds, poor breakfast selection and the fact I found someone's panties stuffed behind the tissue holder!
This hotel has a bedbug infestation! Absolutely horrifying, I would not recommend this hotel at all and would recommend that you search any room you stay in with extreme caution before you get comfortable. My husband travels for work and had slept in the hotel during the day, after driving throughout the night to get to work. He was too exhausted from the drive to look around as thoroughly as he should have. He woke up to find 3 bed bugs crawling around on the sheets around him. I am so beyond disgusted and now we have to quarantine him and his belongings to make sure he doesn’t bring them into our home, as he was there for hours before he even saw them. This has been such a terrifying and revolting ordeal, I hope nobody else has to experience this.
