The staff were nice other then that the place has nothing going for it... Roach infected nasty rooms do not recommend now fighting to get my money back
I checked in here to a dirty room. I wiped everything down. I had to leave at 1AM in the morning because my daughter who has reactions to dust, cigarette smoke and mold (I’m assuming it was one of those things) woke up gasping for air. I called after getting out of the ER to kindly ask for a refund. He asked me for proof (which is totally fine) I said I could text or email it to him. He still refused so I am for sure going to contact the health department. I even feel sick after staying there. It’s a health hazard.
Very poor. I will join the 22% who give this place 1*nnNot clean, bugs on the bathroom floor. Sink not cleaned prom prior guest. This in a pandemic. Gross. I'm not a germ person, but I didn't want to touch anything. Coffee maker not working. Microwave sounds broken, but made it through 1 minute of popcorn. Would NOT stay here again. Even if it is $50
My room was super nice the lady at the front desk who work nights was very sweet too.
Cleans rooms smell good in the rooms. Staff very polite
