I loved every part of my experience at Elite Jewelry. Marchael was patient with me and offered genuine insight and knowledge while me and my hubby searched for a new low profile band for me to wear while at work to reduce wear and tear on my wedding ring and band. I fell in love with not one, but two bands from their selection and thought they looked timeless with a unique twist when stacked. The team soldered them together and sized in house! And they adjusted sizing to make sure it fits on my left and right hand, so when I wear my wedding ring I can wear these bands my other hand and maximize the time I wear this beautiful duo. Darrell’s work is flawless in detail and sparkle. I drove over an hour to find someone I trust and I highly recommend this team for all your jewelry needs from new pieces, to care of your most cherished jewelry and even in house repairs!

I live in jasper, stopped in because I was looking for a wedding ring. I didn’t have any intentions on buying from Elite because I have accounts with two big box jewelers. Well, I bought from Elite Jewelers, and here is why.n1. The staff was super friendly and patientn2. Independently owned,and saved me a trip to Barrett Parkwayn3. The owner is so nice. I spent almost an hour just talking with her about Church, and family.

I visited elite jewelry to have a family heirloom placed into a new ring and was serviced by Kristi who took my stone and info onto a carbon copy. Six days later having not been contacted I called them and left a message. She called back within an hour to inform me that my contact info wasn’t entered correctly even thought it was plainly written on the receipt. She lied to cover her poor service and failed to contact me and failed to connect me with the owner so this could be resolved. The service provided to me by Kristy shows the lack of care this establishment has for its clients. I have text proof that she (and this this establishment) cares little for its clients. I’m ashamed that I took the referral given to me by a trusted friend and my friend is now shamed to have referred them.
