I had two deliveries from these ladies. One thru a 3rd party. The 3rd party was not a great experience, but this company went out of their way to make it right. Called at time of delivery. Arrangements were beautiful. She went out of her way and turned around a bad situation that was not her bad situation to correct. Above and beyond customer service. I learned to call her 1st. Calling her directly equals stellar service, better pricing, and amazing flowers.
I called two other flower shops in Jasper to be told they did not have yellow roses.nLuckily I found out about this shop!! The arrangement that was made was beautiful !!! It was the prettiest arrangement at the ceremony and was exactly what we wanted.nFor now on this is the only flower shop we are ordering from !!!
The owner Shannon does beautiful work. She has great prices on all her arrangements. Its not just a flower shop, it's a gift shop with many beautiful and unique items. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
