Nice selection. Good deals. Good customer service.
Staff not very willing to answer questions. Acted as if they were bothered when I had a question. Asked if they had a certain size in a certain shoe and the staff stated this is all we have right here, but in reality, there was a whole wall behind us filled with the same shoes in the correct size.
Staff was nice, but gave me two different pairs of shoes. I was reluctant in paying 70 dollars for a pair of shoes but I’m pregnant and I thought in the long run it would help my back to have a firm pair of souls. In all order I picked the shoe I had walked around in and felt very pleased with my choice. I went to pay and get the other shoe and I trusted the cashier enough to select the matching shoe. In reality a couple days after I made the purchase I was wearing them and realized they were two completely different shoes. The other shoe that was selected didn’t have the same support as the one I selected. And I’m still in pain. I wouldn’t recommend going to this store I’m sorry to say but it shouldn’t take a masters degree in business to sell shoes
