We've lived here for a while and own our place, so for the most part for us its not bad, maintenance guy is nice, and usually fairly quiet. For people looking to rent, there is usually some options- but not sure about pricing.v

Park Managers try extremely bad to micromanage EVERYONE in this park. They want you to pay crazy rent,but dont wanna do repairs on the places or anything

Great family park, clean,well maintained, nice homes and good people. I would recommend the park to anyone looking for a home. the owners really care about their tenants.
