I will never buy another thing from here my husband spent a lot of money on my wedding band I didn’t have it a month and one of my diamonds fell out like seriously and now u telling me I have to pay to replace it or pay for a warranty the diamond should of never came off and I well let everyone know that I know not to purchase anything from there

Big shoot out to Chloe at the Zales in the mall. Had a budget for my girlfriends birthday. She took the time to help us search for the right necklace and rings she wanted. We decided on a heart shaped diamond and gold necklace. She was VERY helpful, patient and engaging. She knew all the information on each piece we looked at and was very professionally. Will definitely be back again!

Love the women and they were very helpful in helping me and my husband find our forever rings! Thank you and thank you! We do feel bad they have to listen to that horrible music outside their store! I am hard of hearing and that horrible music made it difficult for me but the staff was so helpful!!! You guys rock!
