My husband and I visited this location today to purchase new work boots for his birthday. We appreciated the concern for our safety: they requested we use their sanitizer, everyone inside wore a mask, and they locked the door behind us to accommodate social distance because there was already another couple and three employees inside a small space. Our salesman (he introduced himself but I am terrible with names. I’m sorry! He has dark hair with glasses, and is a former Marine ud83dude0a) was very educated on the products as well as about how their shoes positively affect the body’s posture and comfort. We are more than pleased with our experience and will continue to shop Red Wing stores.
The service was awsome and I'm happy that they still make a majority of their boots in the US. The last pair of redwings I bought was in 2004 they were made in the US and are still going strong the only thing they need is the soles replaced but thats from years of doing construction, Hunting, hiking, fishing and riding motorcycle's. When going out just through a little mink oil on them and your good to go. I will definitely shop at this store again.
Ron is and was super helpful. He is incredibly knowledgeable on his products and got me a pair of boots that feel like big fluffy clouds under my feet. Prior to owning a pair of RED WING shoes my feet would ache terribly after just a hour or 2 in shoes. My feet havent felt this great in years. Wish i could give a 10 star review.nnP.s.s. 3 weeks after buying a pair of boots I revisited the store and bought a pair of house shoes also.
Have been wearing their boots for years, tried their socks and they hold up great. Now I'm using their wallet and belt, I know they will tough it out.
Red Wing Work Boots are THE BEST !!!!!!! You pay a premium price but if you want the BEST that is what you do !!!!! I've had every kind of work boot there is and I will never buy anything ever again but RED WING !!!!! The People at the McDonough store are THE BEST TOO !!!!!!!
