Hair Design Fationa

I don't normally write reviews but honestly Fationa was amazing! She was extremely informative, patient, and sweet which I'm very thankful for because I know I was being picky and questioning a lot due to hair styling nightmares. My hair looks so good and healthy thanks to her and I will definitely be coming back for more hair therapy from Fationa soon. Thank you so much!

If I could give negative stars I would! My elderly mother in law drove my daughter to an appointment to get her hair done for her birthday because I had to pu my husband from work. My daughter, until today had only used our family friend for any salon related services, as did the rest of our family had obviously never been there & was already nervous. Because I’m trying new internet things I got a Groupon voucher for the visit. My daughter is 16 so it was in my name. Well these people first declined the voucher saying my daughter had been there, when I went in & asked for her name she said my name rather than my daughters. Her story changed at least 4x & even a coworker of hers saw one of the lies she told in black and white on the Groupon site. She then claimed that I had been there before, we just moved back to MA after living in RI for just over 4 years. As I’m in the salon asking why I’m not being refunded since Groupon was used she had several women & a man surround me making me extremely uncomfortable. My husband saw this & came inside. We were called liars, basically stolen from since the $71 service I had already paid for turned into $240. Then when it was painfully obvious she was lying she again blamed my child for wanting caramel highlights & toner which apparently is an additional $60. I’ve been coloring & highlighting my hair at salons for many years & never ever heard such nonsense! Do yourself a favor & stay far away from this salon!

Fatonia is amazing at her job! I let her do what she wants usually and I always love it. Been going to her for almost 3 years!!! I’m dark single process and the color stays well. I also think the cut always grows out well. All around satisfied!

I love Fationa!! She has been doing my hair for 5 years now. Extremely talented. Hands down best Salon in town. =))
