You dont find too many salons open on Mondays...called and got same day appointment, lovely lady that took phone appointment was super friendly!! Salon was clean, very nice decor and followed appropriate safety guidelines. Parking was a plus! My stylist was Hilaire, personable, enjoyed talking with her. She cut my hair and styled it exactly how I wanted, looks & feels great. Not sure I agree with the PPE charge of $3 added. Other than that, first impression was pretty good.
Nikki always does a fantastic job! She always listens to what you want done and makes suggestions as well.
My daughter came to get her hair done and it did not come out the way she wanted. Her hair came out orange and I am not happy about it and neither is she. The stylist tried to fix because she noticed she had over applied a product, it but still some orange in her hair. I just personally felt this was unprofessional . I will be contacting the salon tomorrow but I was not pleased.

By far the best salon in the town of Braintree or anywhere around the girl of there are just fabulous!!!!!!
