Kay’s Jewelry needs to do better with their customer service. You have to wait almost an hour to pay your bill. No one greets you and asks what are you coming in for...nothing. You just sit there for damn near an hour and wait. A lady just walked out because she’s been waiting for so long.

Worse Location every!! Please close this location down. Your staff is very unhappy and it reflects when it comes to customer service.Very unprofessional staff. Good customer service Always starts from Leadership. Management Loretta Thompson is very rude and unprofessional. Loretta Always seems ANGRY so initially her staff is following her lead which is not ok. Customer service there will make you want to not go to any of Kay’s locations. I have been a customer with Kay’s for a very long time but not for long.

The ladies in this location do not care about customers at all. I come here often being that this is the one near my home but they don’t even look at people as they walk in and they make there own hours. I do understand Covid however make steady hours instead of all opening and closing when y’all want!

I walked in to have my ring sized and neither lady spoke to me until I had been there for at least 20 min waiting my turn. They did however speak to the people who walked in after me. I waited patiently for over and hour to finally be helped. I ended up exchanging my ring for a more expensive one and still needed to have it sized. That process was lengthy but she was nice. I was told not to come back until I received a phone call for pick up. Its now 2 days past the date and no one will answer the phone at the store following multiple attempts at calling. Not looking forward to the drive there but hoping to pick up my new ring.

The customer service from Diana , Ms. Loretta and Wilhemina was exceptional. These three ladies made me feel like I was hanging out with my aunts shopping. I will definitely be back.
