Google shows this store closing at 7:00 PM so we headed that way at 6:00. We got there at 6:22 and they were closing. As they were letting a customer out, I asked and was told Google hours are wrong and that they close at 6:00 per a piece of printed paper taped to the window. Their posted hours on their door actually show them closing at 9:00. It must be nice to make up hours as you go. We’ll take our business elsewhere. There are plenty of jewelry stores around that adhere to their published hours.

I went an bought my wife a new set of bands for her wedding ring for our anniversary. I get home and give find out she already has the exact same one. Completely forgot I had already got it for her for Mother’s Day. So we get in the car and go right back up there. Since I paid cash I figure I could’ve go back the same day. Literally within 2 hours from buying it. Apparently they decided to close the store earlier but there were still people there. I talked to the guy there there and he said he had the cash in the safe and would let his manager know so I could get it back in the morning. I told him I would be there when they open at 11 so there would not be a delay. I got there at 11:10. He tells me the manager took the Money to the bank and all he can do is give me a gift card, exchange it, give him the ring back and I would get a check in 21-30 days. The ring was $2000 and the item my wife want to change it for is only $900. Manager leave and would stay to talk to me. Call corporate and the line just hangs up on me. Take your money somewhere else that will not scam you

My sales person Chaz we extremely helpful, professional, and one heck of a salesman!! He is an asset to your company... Honestly if he is not already being groomed for a leadership position somebody needs to make that happen!

I visited this location to pick out a birthday gift & the customer service was awful!! I asked the woman that was helping me about prices on TWO items and she made me feel as if I asking her for too much. Your job is highly dependent on customer service, and if you don’t want to be nice to the customers that come into your store then stay home. I must say I went to Kay jewelers & had a way better experience overall.

Zales needs to update their online store hours and answer the phone when customers call! I called the store three times around 5 pm, but no one answered so I made the 30 minute drive to the store and they were closed! When I got there, three people were in the store at that time, but no one answered the phone! Online it says the store closes at 7pm on Saturdays, but I get there at 6:07 pm and they were closed, apparently they closed at 6pm. If someone would have answered the phone or the website was updated I could have saved an hour round trip.
