Eastlawn Memorial Park

Do not come here or have your loved ones buried here. This place is absolutely horrible. For such a sensitive type of business this is there zero lack of consideration, knowledge or empathy. There is a high turnover and no one knows what they are doing. It has taken two years to get a bench that was paid for to be placed at the gravesite. We were told after a year that they forgot we ordered the bench in the first place. They lost the order for the bench. Two years later we finally have it. What type of place is this??? When the bench finally came in it was broken. The lady told my mom it was broken but didn’t want to share that with her. Two years later the monument still has no inscription on it either. This is a total lack of respect for the loss of our loved one. Why does it take two years for an inscription to be put on a monument when everything has been paid in full. This is totally unacceptable and disrespectful. We have paid for all the services but your awful memorial park can’t seem to be organized enough to get this done. What is the problem? At this point my family and I are overly disgusted with this type of service and will make it a point that this information and lack of empathy or knowledge to properly run a business exists. We expect this to be rectified immediately and want to be contacted by corporate. Corporate called once and said they would call be and NEVER DID!! This is so awful: We are horrified that we have chosen to do business here and wish we buried our love one at a memorial place that cares. We have paid in full, have the deeds to the lots and they keep sending us bills too. Why? Get your math together. East lawn memorial you need to get it together. Once again this needs to be rectified immediately. Unacceptable and horrible that you put a grieving family through any additional strife.
