Thank you so much to the Fire Fighter EMTs that got me to the hospital today. I appreciate all of you!
I hope you never find yourself stranded due to a broken transmission near this firehouse. After waiting for over a week while my friend's car was being repaired my friend had to drop off the rental van. As she waited for her husband to pick her up on a picnic bench in a small shelter behind the firehouse she was approached by a firefighter and told that she was on county property and she should have asked for permission to sit on the picnic bench. At this point my friend had to walk in the rain and try to find shelter until her ride arrived. She had explained her circumstance to the firefighter, but was not offered any assistance or even basic kindness.nnMy father was a firefighter for over 25 years and he would have never treated a person in need with such disregard. What a shame that this firehouse does not uphold the proud tradition of a firehouse being a place of safety.
