My experience at this courthouse was the worst. I suggest if you have a case here please, please try to have it move to another county. I left court feeling drained and defeated from not only righting a wrong. caused by my emotional abuser Nolan Paul Gomes but also the handler of the case. Now once again I’m being told I can put more money into this court to appeal what’s clearly is in black and white! This person owes money that I had to pay based off a signed legal agreement and there were text messages showing they agree to pay the money as well! It’s very sad when you feel abused by the justices system as well.

Pretty ridiculous that you guys are not holding court sessions and not accepting payment over the phone and charging people at $12 service fee to pay tickets online.nWow.

Henry county will let u get off a murder charge as long as u got them stacks....but refuse to cooperate with em and they will take your kids and basically hold them to try to make you break.I GUESS IM ONE OF THE ONLY RARE ONES THAT TOLD EM I DIDNT WORK FOR THE POLICE AND I GUESS YALL GOT MY BABIES BUT WHEN THIS CASE IS OVER WITH YALL ARE GOING TO TRY TO THROW THE KIDS BACK HOME....13 MTHS MY DAD SAT IN THAT JAIL AND TOOK EM ALL THE WAY TO THE JURY TRIAL SO THEY CAME AND OFFERED HIM 14 MONTHS TIME SERVED AND HE CAME HOME AND U KNOW MY KIDS WERE WITH MY FAMILY BY THEN SO YEAH THEY RUINED ME FOR A LONG TIME BCUZ OF THE BITTER PERSON ID BECOME.THAT WHOLE DEPT SHOULD BE UNDER FEDERAL INVESTIGATION
