I love shopping at Torrid!! Costumer Services is amazing and I love the styles, materials, everything. It might not be cheap, but it is totally worth it!!! Besides they always have some sort of BOGO or good clearance sales!! I love my Torrid clothes, I feel comfortable yet stylish and ready for the day, whenever I wear their items, shoes and undies included ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dude0a

I had an amazing experience there! I went in very excited to get new clothes but like I always do I started getting discouraged and cried. I tried to stop crying and not be seen but 2 women came and checked on me. Molly was extremely comforting and relatable and ended up helping me find all kinds of new clothes. Let's say by the end I was in a great mood ud83dude00 I went home with $675 worth of clothes for $395. Today I went back to exchange one item for a smaller size. I had another Great experience with Cici. She was able to get me my correct size and have it delivered to me free of charge and I bought 3 more bras and 2 shirts for $75!!! Awesome experience great customer service!!

So I read the reviews before driving out her . I normally go to the Snellville one which I love. But this one is horrible. I arrived at the mall at 1130 at which time I finally made my way to Torrid and the doors were closed and the lady said she will be open in 15 minutes that was at 1140a . The store was suppose to be open at 11am. I will stick with my wonderful staff and store in Snellville. This was waste of time and gas. The drive was not easy or close. Get it together North Point Torrid.

I was so glad I shopped the 'Buy 1, Get 2 Free' clearance sale here. I think this was the third time I have seen this sale in the last year (Torrid may have had this sale more often than that, but I am not at the mall often, so I don't know). When I went into the store, the sales ladies were so friendly, asking if I was looking for anything in particular, and pointing me towards the huge amount of merchandise included in the clearance sale. I was very happy to get two great sweaters and one dressy blouse for just under $28! Alicia, who was at the cash register when it came time for me to checkout, was cheerful and friendly. I left feeling like I got great bargains and with a smile on my face.
