Mission Move has helped me remain active and injury free for over 2 years now. Go see them before you get injured - it's a better option than surgery. The combination of soft tissue therapies such as massage and dry needling help with recovery; the workout plans continue to strengthen and improve all areas of my life. Each year, they help me set new performance goals and then partner with me to achieve them.

I really enjoyed working with Joel. He's a very positive and upbeat individual. The exercises and care I received were specifically designed for me and what I needed. I didn't have a specific injury, but some chronic lower back and hip pain that was preventing me from being as active as I would have liked. We worked on making those areas stronger. My husband was impressed with the exercises I was assigned and is thinking of making some appointments for himself in the near future.

I saw Dr. Eaby for shoulder pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. The exercises he gave me were easy to understand and do on my own, especially using the app. Within a few months, my shoulder pain was much improved and I was back to doing my normal routine. I highly recommend Mission Move and Dr. Joel Eaby!

Joel worked with my on my running technique (after a few months of resolving issues due to a pinched nerve).nnI tried the new running technique during a 5k Saturday, a 6-mile run Sunday, and my 2.4ish-mile loop this morning.nnI averaged a 7.37 for the 6-mile run. The increased cadence and pushing back through my stride felt a bit too fast. I was worried I’d run out of gas, but I didn’t. Final mile had a climb of 102 feet, and it was my 4th-fastest split.nnThis morning I PR’d my loop run at 18:16, averaging a 7:31 with negative splits.nnDefinitely seems to be something to this technique. It’s smoother—doesn’t feel like I’m planting my foot as much or bouncing like I was—almost like it’s more compressed.
