Monique is the best. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and was able to pinpoint the exact causes of the (multiple) pains I was having within minutes. She figured out what was happening in my back and shoulder and was able to provide immediate relief. She also showed me how to rebuild strength and improve my form on certain movements so that I don't end up with the same injuries again. My shoulder had been bothering me for more than 2 years. I had been to a PT about a year before who gave me some exercises that helped a little, but I had almost resigned to the fact that I wouldn't be able to do certain movements anymore at my age. But Monique figured out the exact cause and was able to target the problem and bring relief in the same visit. She's so great to work with and genuinely cares about your long term health. You want someone who is determined to figure out what is going wrong, and who has the understanding and experience to show you how it needs to be corrected. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

Monique has been working with me for a few months now. Having worked with a number of different Physical Therapists over the years, she is clearly one of the best. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely insightful, and extremely thorough. She takes the time to listen and to obtain a deep understanding of the REAL issue(s) before considering any type of rehab plan. Her work with me has been both enjoyable and very successful.

Monique Cofino made me feel better than I have felt in 10 years. No more headaches due to tension, my nagging muscle spasms are gone. I am not in any pain anymore. Of course I am going to continue to go to her because that Dry Needling is a heaven sent and she knows exactly where to stick them. I have spent thousands of dollars on doctors trying to figure out what my headaches were and upper back problems and they would just give me muscle relaxers, in my opinion that is lazy medical. So glad Monique reached out to me. I am basically good as new!
