Awesome reclining seats. This theater used to be the place to go, and by most theater standards is leagues above most, but things have worn over the years. Seats were definitely worn in and showed obvious signs of age and usage. All in all though, the focus is on our movie and as always, we were thoroughly pleased with how awesome the theater is as a whole and to be able to enjoy watching a movie in a theater again.
Paid extra for IMAX. The screen was small. Better to go to a Dolby cinema for cheaper and better effects. Chairs were comfortable but doesn’t beat the recliners. Checked out the screen to the regular theatre and barely made a difference. Two star for leather seats.
Love this theater, always great staff and great customer service, great food, very clean and safe (covid era). Just a great movie experience. Great area too, I have to travel about 20 mins to get here but it’s worth it. I’ll rather go to this one than the ones in my area that’s dirty with bad customer service
Clean environment and good movie. Had to spend extra money on their masks as the ones my family was wearing were not approved (we were wearing neck warmers pulled up over our noses, we have been doing since covid started and this is the 1st issue). Second was the bar was not opened at 4:40 pm, they initially told me 5, so I came back and was told it would be 5:30 or 6 so I gave up. Other then that a typical movie experience.
The reason for my 3 stars is because I rented a movie theater, and unfortunately not even 10 minutes after getting there, they closed the concession stand. When I discussed this with the manager, she wouldn’t even give me a cup (I only wanted to purchase a drink) for the inconvenience. Also, no one when we checked in, told us that the concession stand was closing, even though I asked about a server being available during the movie. (I asked this because the name of this theater is AMC “DINE IN”. There is no full menu, only the movie basics.) Other than that, the movie was clean, and we had no issue with the movie or sound quality.
