Mega wine and liquor store selection is off the chart
The curbside pickup option works very well here, very well executed, and it appears the service is used freqyently. My last trip here I asked how popular curbside is and the guy delivering my case said they have had 300 in a day recently. Great service! For people who may not know a lot about wine the shopping experience can seem intimidating, but I have found the staff to be helpful, if not enthusiastic about assisting customers with wine choices. Some can be more interested in ensuring you know everything about every wine, but most are helpful only when you need them to be.
Amazing selection, friendly staff, and clean! Quick service, easy to get assistance! Happy to get my Nubs for a decent price from their walk in Humidor! Happy customer!!!
I encountered three people on their team. Two of the three were friendly. The third warrants this two star rating. I was followed around the store by an older male employee....maybe because I look younger than I am, maybe because I am a minority-- who knows. I first saw him when he offered help to another customer and to better accommodate her, he pushed a rolling stepping stool in my direction. I noticed there was no effort to acknowledge me or make sure I was not hit by it. I usually don't take the time out to give feedback about bad service online or in person but this experience was simply sad.
It’s was weird, for one hand the customer service was very attentive with our need, they were very kind and helpful. I was trying to buy for a celebration BUT, unfortunately if you go with your friend from another country, with her Foreign ID that doesn’t count as a valid ID. Bad policy. It was my first and last time that I go there.nnPs: I have my drivers license from here and both of us was old enough (27)
