The best for years,nI have been shopping here for over 20 yrs. I can't believe how over reacting over mask. I will not come back until they come to their senses. I have asthma and cannot handle something covering my face. Thankfully they have curbside. Sucks cause I love looking over the new ideas they always have.

I called this store because I had some conflicting information regarding a layaway of an engagement ring. I spoke with Laura the first time I called and she was very nice and professional and was willing to assist me. She had to check on something for me and would call me back. I received a call back from Alex who was very helpful as well. He was nice and professional. He was able to take care of my concerns and was able to fulfill my request. I would recommend this store and give an A+++.

I came in recently to look at engagement rings with my mother. Our jewelry consultation Jessica was super helpful at helping my decide on my style preferences. Looking forward to bringing my significant other in soon.

Came here today to look for a chain for my boyfriend for Christmas. Naomi assisted me today and helped me make the best choice! So happy with my jewelry and my experience with her was amazing. Would 10/10 recommend Shane Co! I’ve had awful experiences at other jewelry stores.
