I had a great experience at Jared with Ian. I called and spoke to him about an engagement ring I found online and from our initial conversation, all the way through to picking up the ring Ian was extremely helpful. He kept me up to date every step of the way. He wasn’t a pushy sales person. He listened to what I wanted, what my budget was and guided me through the process. In the end, my ring was amazing, my lady loved it and I’ll be back to see Ian to purchase her band for the bug day! Thanks Ian!!!

Can you say exceptional service!!! Well that's what you get when you shop at this Jared's!!! I called on the phone to check to see if they had the item I wanted available. At that moment I knew this was going to be a great experience!! My jeweler gave me that good ole southern hospitality with an I'll make this easy and I'll take care of you attitude from the beginning!!! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The comforting smiles on the ladies faces as I walked in made me feel like I was ready to buy!!! My jeweler Ian was amazing!!! I had to pick up a last minute Christmas gift for my best friend's boyfriend and he made my experience easy and enjoyable!! He was caring, displayed outstanding expertise knowledge about the merchandise, even gave me reviews on the reactions he got when he himself wore the bracelet out on the town. Another amazing jeweler wrapped and bagged my gift to perfection. They are absolutely amazing at this store. I purchased a tiger eye beaded bracelet and when my best friend gave it to his boyfriend he absolutely loved it. Thank you guys so much for the outstandingly amazing customer service experience. I will past 20 stores to make sure I only shop here!!! The huge smile I had on my face walking out told the entire story!!!

Really great experience working with Ian Bustos at this Jared location! He helped guide me through the process of finding the perfect engagement ring and worked with me from beginning to end. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and a more helpful team!

I had an amazing experience at this Jared's. I lost one of my wedding bands and Ari Luarasi was amazing to work with. He made sure I got an exact replica created. He was in constant communication with me and made sure my ring was perfect. His eye for detail and perfection is amazing. I completely trusted his judgement. My ring turned out fabulous and I couldn't be more happy. I am over the moon excited. And to make this experience even better his customer service was top notch! Thank you Mr. Ari and Jared's for recreating my lost wedding band and the amazing customer service experience!

We had Ian help my boyfriend and I on our engagement ring hunt. Ian was SO helpful and a super nice. We left feeling so much better about our decision. I recommend Ian for any help you may need!
