First time shopping here. The staff was patient and very helpful in making my selection! I will definitely be shopping at the North Point location again.
I came to this location a week after having the best shopping experience. But it was not the same experience the second time around. The first time I purchased a rose gold bracelet and a charm. Put it on wore it one day. As I took it off the piece that goes into the clasp bent. This is not my first pandora bracelet may I add. So I took it back. I honestly wanted a refund versus an exchange. If it does this once it will do it again. I gave it to the associate. She took it out the box, took it to the back twice, when she brought it back she had completely broken off the piece that was at first only bent. Now she tells me they can’t refund my money for a “damaged “ item. You just made it a damaged item! I will never shop at this location again!ud83dude21
