We always go to Zales for our jewelry purchase needs. Zales jewelry consultants are knowledgeable and informative. They provide honest answers to questions on jewelry that Zales sales. They want to make sure you are as excited about your purchase not just day of, but many days after. Thanks Zales for my first wedding band set that was customed made to fit my wants and needs. You did it again with my upgrade wedding set purchase. I receive so many compliments on my beautiful rings. Having a lifetime diamond replacement plan that been priceless. My family uses Zales to make their jewelry purchases as wellnThank you for being the jewelry store we can count on.

Tom was really great in helping me figure out that my old wedding ring was under warranty for repair. He had excellent customer service. I will be going back to see him next time I need to purchase jewelry.nnMy only recommendation would be to call before you go to make sure they are open. They have reduced hours due to COVID & inventory.

I have never encountered such rude staff in an establishment that is meant to be upscale jewelry. Not only did I have to come back TWICE to get my bracelet fixed because the first time “their system was down” and now someone who is listed as a person who can pick up the bracelet for me has been denied although all receipts were shown. I spoke with two different women so far at this location and unbelievably unhelpful. One of the women argued with my mother about how to remove chain links. And interrupted repeatedly “just to be quiet and listen” while my mom was speaking with her. I will never use Zales as a company after this experience at North Point Mall. The consumer service is awful and the policies are ridiculous. Never again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have not had a negative experience at Zales. This location was no different. I was greeted upon arrival. I was asked discovery questions during my visit. The staff was very friendly and created a great atmosphere.
