Owner is rude, very unprofessional with how he addressed me. Not consistent:- quoted me one price and then another which was much higher but the work was the same. I came two separate times, wrote the first quote down, left because he kept saying he was too busy!!! Second return was quoted a much higher price and when I brought it up, the owner did not care. Seems to busy and does not need my business. Lots of other jewelers that will appreciate my return business. Would not recommend to anyone.
This shop has very unique jewelry collection. Some are one of a kind. They also do watch repairs. Courteous

I bought a St Christopher medal for my sister six days before Christmas. I wanted it to be engraved, and 3:16 Jewelry did it in two days. The staff there are so nice and very professional. Even though Northtpoint Mall is kind of far away from me, I wouldn't hesitate to travel there to get future items engraved. Fantastic all the way around.
Simply the best! I reached out to 3:16 Jewelry with an emergency watch repair that I need completed in a short period of time. Everyone at the shop was extremely professional and quick to respond. Oleg knew exactly what to do and got it done in record time. Along with my repair, I decide to get the stainless steel scratches removed. Again, Oleg came through as my watch looked brand new! Not one scratch on it and completely re-polished. Any one looking for Jewlery and/or Jewelry repair needs to stop by for some of the best services in Atlanta!.
